Walk and Talk + Relational Therapy
Walk and talk therapy is an innovative approach that combines the benefits of walking, therapy, and nature. Side by side and step by step, we work together toward your therapy goals. As a relational therapist, I prioritize the relationship between the client and myself, leading to healing, growth, and self-awareness. I also offer office-based in person appointments and virtual appointments for anyone who prefers a traditional therapy setting and during June-September, when the heat in Austin is not conducive to walking outside.
